Transportation
For over 28 years, REAL, Inc. has been providing essential public transportation services for the residents in the region including the general public, seniors, persons with disabilities and other transit dependent individuals. REAL offers high quality transportation services through REAL Transit for employment, educational and quality of life purposes in the Coastal Bend including the primary counties of Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Duval, Jim Hogg, Jim Wells, Live Oak, Refugio and San Patricio Counties. REAL's transportation services include the most remote rural areas of the service Counties. The transportation services provided are life-saving connections to those in need and the opportunity to reduce social isolation experienced by transit dependent individuals. REAL Transit provides accessible, affordable and available transportation service to transit dependent individuals and their families that improves the quality of life for themselves and their community. Transportation is provided for any person based on a fee schedule. Please contact the main office to schedule your trip in advance and obtain the rates for your transportation needs.
